We have a living trust from florida will it legal in michigan when we change our residence

Generally the answer is "yes", a living trust that is good under Florida law will be good under Michigan law. I suggest that you do a couple things when you move to Michigan: (1) Have your trust reviewed by a Michigan attorney to make sure it doesn't need any updates; and (2) get a new General Durable Power of Attorney and Patient Advocate Designation (Health Care Power of Attorney). Some banks and health care providers get nervous about out-of-state powers of attorney, so I always recommend new ones if you move. Good luck.
