Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
living trust, nevada or michigan?
Sirs;
My mother lives in Michigan and hads an offer to sell her property for large sum of money. My question is, to avoid taxes would it be best to create a living trust in Nevada or Michigan or is there a better way to avoid paying taxes (capital gains and inheritance). If you could help me to guide her in making the best decision, for she is 79 years old and her husband is deceased, and her four kids only want the best for her.
