Do son's or daughters, over 30 yrs of age, need to have a copy of there parents will, or a list of there parents assets, such as enuities, stock investmest in order to make ther own wills

No, they do not need a copy of their parents' will, nor do they need to know their parents' assets, etc. To make a will, they need to know what they own, and only what they own.
