Michigan Law RE: Acess to a Will

My father died in December 2006, and his wife has yet to make available his will for the family to see. What can my brothers do to find out its contents? Thank you

The law may differ from to state to state on this. In GA, the holder of the will must produce it within a reasonable time. Consult with a local attorney.
