In Michigan how do your request a bequest left in a trust by a deceased parent?

I would recommend writing a letter to the Trustee asking them for the distribution. The trustee should then give you a timeframe as to when they will be able to make a distribution. If this does not work, I would recommend contacting an attorney as you made need to file a lawsuit.
