Mom died before signing will, had old will now what?

My mom died before signing her changed will. I am one of 4 daughters and she took all of them out of it because they abandoned her while she had cancer. She had a prior will but the lawyer knew she wanted me the only daughter who didn't abandon her to have it all. I was the poa and I am the executor. It is not a very large estate, what are my rights. Please help, pat

A will must be signed to be legal - valid and enforceable. The signature is a crucial element of the utmost necessity and without it, the document is not valid. The prior will if valid supersedes the unsigned will.
