Anyone of sound mind may draft estate planning documents. Anything may be contested, but the more thorough it is done, the less likely anyone would succeed. Your mother - in- law should contact me at johntatone.com to disucss her option, a will is less expensive than she may think and in some cases a trust is unnecessary.
