Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
My mother has a clause in her will re contingent beneficiary's. She wants to delete that clause completely and have all money divided by primary beneficiary's living at the time of her death. She wants to write out a statement re this, have it witnessed and notorized then put with her will. Will this be ok, legal?
