Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
My mother passed away in 1987 and my father passed away in June of this year. He remarried 7 years ago and his new wife refuses to let his three children see the will that their father had. She says that everything was left to her and the three children get nothing. Is there anything that can be done by us children? All 3 children are adults.

If there is anything in his name only, the kids have some rights after the second wife gets a share. If he made everything joint, there is no estate and she gets it all. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss. Tim Klisz
