Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
Before my mother passed away, she had 2 of my sister's names on the deed to her house,one of them passed away in March of 2009. The sister who was left on the deed took the house and all the contents, and sold what she did'nt want, and now is renting out the house.There are 8 siblings total, and 7 got nothing. Do the remaining siblings have any legal claim.There was no will.
