A good starting place is to contact the probate court in the county in which she lived as she may have a Will on file there. You may also contact any attorney she may have worked with in the past. If she did not have or file a Will and no one has come forward with a Will, then you must follow the laws of intestate succession. When you are at the probate court, inquire about what to file to open an intestate estate as they will provide you with some guidance.

You could check with your siblings as well, if they know anything. Tim Klisz kliszlaw.com
