Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My mother has a sizeable estate in stocks and other investments. No will but there is a TOD account. My father passed last year and she was asked to redo the beneficicary form. Well there are 3 of us but she only wants to divide it between the two of us. Will the TOD be enough to keep the 3 sibling from obtaining any part of the estate?

If there is no fraud, undue influence, or mental issues with you're mother at the time the TOD or POD beneficiaries were changed, the third simbling will not receive any of it. However, any other assets may pass to the third sibling under the law of intetestate (without a will) succession. Please contact me to discuss in more detail @ www.johntatone.com.
