Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
my mother-in-law died with a will naming 4 kids. she died almost 2 yrs ago. my brother-in-law has finally found a buyer for the house. she had no other assets. he didn't contact a probate attorney til 3 mo ago and now tells us the will went into probate 2 mo before that. how can that be?
