Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

In my mothers will her house is to be sold . Once the money is issued out to the person in charge of this all bills are to be paid and the remaining money is to be divided amongst the her children. If one of the children has a lien against them for child support will that persons money go towards that lein ? Can they stop the money from going to that person and how if they can.

Question 1 = yes

question 2 = No body can stop the money from going to this person other than the mom's will or a successful challenge to the will. Mom if living can change her will OR if not this person can disclaim his inheritance. There are other ways to handle this situation as well. The starting question will be - Is mom still alive?
