Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Mt mother past away in October, two months prior to her death see quick claimed some property to me that is mortgaged. It's now in foreclosure, I'm her personal representative. Can I fight this in probate court? The property that was to be mortgaged, when done picked up a legal description to another piece of property that should of been free and clear. Do the quick claims help or hurt? From michigan
