Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Mutual Wills

I am married and I have 2 adult children from a previous marriage. I want my husband to inherit 50% of our estate and my 2 children to inheit the other 50%, split equally between the 2. I want some of my personal belongings to go to my daughter. Is this legal in the state of Michigan? or does my husband get everything?

You can do whatever you want as long as you create the appropriate will and/or trust documents.
