Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

I have a notorized power of attorney over my wife, but was informed the paperwork is incorrect. What can I do?

It really depends on what is wrong. Can it be fixed, can it be resigned and who is not accepting it. Would need more info to fully advise.
