Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My oldest sister acted as my dads personal representative after his death. She was to disperse of his effects and sign the house over to my brother. she stip[ulated once she signed house to my brother nothing else will be removed from home. the house was signed over to my brother august 15th. how long does she still have the power to still remove articles from the home? Can still continue to keep removing things from home even tho it is now deeded over to my brother?

I would need to know if a formal Probate case has been filed. If so then there are specific rules that govern that case. For example, is there an Order in place which sets out the duties and responsibilites of the Personal Representative? If there is no Probate action started then there are no formal guidelines and then it comes down to a situation of what is reasonable under the circumstances.
