Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
My parents own multiple properties and have a will in which they have equally designated specific properties to go to each of the children. If they must sell all of the properties except their home to pay for health care and die without redoing their will, does the child who was originally willed their home still inherit it or is it divided equally among the heirs?

They need to revise the will. If they do not, whatever it says will be followed by the court unless there is a mental issue or fraud. Please contact me to discuss in more detail at www.johhntatone.com
