Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
If a person passes and no will is inforced, who takes or gets the property of the deceased, personal things, coolectables...etc.

An Estate may be opened in the County Probate Court. The personal property is supposed to be collected by the Personal Representative and sold with the proceeds divided to the decedant's heirs, Spouse, children, parents, brothers/sisters as dictated by law.
