Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

I had P.O.A on my sister that passed May of this year. My question is she named me executor in her will. So does the court leave the will as the person wishes. Her daughter filed the papers saying the will was "Lost" I have the orginal. Will the judge grant me the Letter of Authority to take care of personal business of my sister that pasted.

You need to have the probate court admit the original will. Once admitted, the Court follow the will unless given some legal reason not to do so. Contact me at johntatone.com to discuss if in more detail
