power of attorney

If my father in law changes his power of attorney, while he is in hospise, and on morphine, is it a legal change or can it be challenged

It can always be challenged. If he is incapable of making decisions or is under undue influence, these changes could be undone. The best bet would be to file for guardianship and conservatorship for him in probate court and let the judge sort these things out. Visit my website at www.
