Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Probate Court

I was granted legal guardianship of minor in michigan, requested permission to relocate to another state. Obtained consent waiver notorized and signed by parents, courts excepted and terminated guardianship in 60 days. What legal leg do I have with this consent waiver?
