have an probate estate account for brother who passed away without a will. parcel of property not selling, probate attorney suggesting a personal representative deed into my name and then let property go into foreclosure. What are the legal implications on me if this happens, i.e. credit scores, able to get a loan in the future; right now, I have perfect credit

you are getting poor advice. if there is no equity at all file a petition to abandon the property and then walk away from. if yiu take it in you personal name then you amy experience credit issues.
