Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

probate...wife sold all assets didn't pay creditors

my father's wife sold ALL of the assets from the estate after being told by the judge that inventory would be decided at the next hearing. The wife then left the property and has not paid any of the bills, utilities, nor creditors after selling the assets. She continue to ask for proceeds for the sell of a home that is in reverse mortgage. The court granted my sister and I as executors of the estate after acknowledging that the wife vacated the primises and revoked her rights to stay in the home. How can the wife be forced to pay these bills and debt accumulated during the marriage of only 4 yrs from the proceeds she recieved for liquidation off ''ALL'' assets. These are bills she created during the marriage that have been in default since my fathers death March 2007. All bills were current up until his death. The wife also failed to inform my sister and I of the various garage sales confirmed by the neighbors and her vacating the primises after selling EVERYTHING. Is it likely we will be forced to give her proceeds from the sale of the home and pay the bills she created? Is the judge likely to acknowledge her violating orders? We are not asking for proceeds from the liquidation.
