Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

We are in process of settling my father-in-laws estate. Proceeds from the sale of the house and a savings account were turned over to the attorney and allegedly placed deposited into a trust fund. The executor of the estate has ordered an equal distribution of the estate according to the terms of the will. Only three out of the six heirs have received their money. All we hear are flimsy excuses.

What can we do to get our money from the attorney?

Thank you

You may file a motion with the probate court to require distribution. If the Court does not accept the excuses or there is no explanation why 3 of 6 would recieve thier inheritance, the Court may order the attorney and personal representative to pay immediately. If you would like to hire me to proceed, please contact me at johntatone.com
