Does the public have access to any probate file?
If a child has a conservatory file in the probate department at a courthouse is it available for public viewing? If so, is there any way to prevent the public from looking at the file?

Conservatorship files, even for minors, are a matter of public record. In order to have the file "sealed" a motion must be filed and the standard is very high. I would have to review the rules in chapter 8 of the court rules for the exact requirements.
