Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

We are considering putting mother in nursing home in michigan. What can we do about not losing all her investments that she currently lives on?

Frankly that depends if your mother is married and if that is the case we have the expertise to save all of your parents assets, except for income taxes of ira and ira type of assets and qualify her for Medicaid within 30-60 days. If she is single we can protect somewhere between 50-70% of her assets unless you or one of your siblings are receiving the proper form of social security disability.
