Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Hello, This question may be a little complicated, I apologize.
This is regarding Holocaust restitution payments and probate law.
My aunt is a survivor of Aushwicz and has bean recieving restitution money
for many years.She now lives in a nursing home.
A year and half ago I became Her conservator after my Dad passed away.
during that time I had her payments put into my name and have been holding on to them.
She had expressed that She wanted me to have the money instead of my sister who had been extracting money from my Aunt good graces to the tune of 150,000 over 7 years
My Aunt no longer wished to give her any money.
A while after I became the conservator, because of my sister and I argueing all the time over the conservatorship I had a Court appointed Attorney become the new Conservator.
My question is: Does the Restitution money have to be probated with the new Conservator
and or do I have to give my Sister what she thinks is her share of the money against my Aunt's wishes. Thankyou
