Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Question about Who is entitled to My Fathers Things.

My father past away on the 4th of july, He didnt have many things but. He never complete a will, For reasons I don't know perhaps hope that he would get better. How ever he left behind a truck, motorcycle and also he owned half of real estated. I would like to know Who is entitle to his belonging? and also what will happen to the part owner ship of the real estate he owns? Thank You.

Without a will, things pass to those who would legally be entitled to the property without a will. Without more information it is impossible to answer this, but consulting with a probate attorney would probably be a good idea.
