Questions on Probate?

My father died, I just make Minimum Wage, My brothers say they don't have much money to afford a lawyer, No will, No Power of Attorney, My brothers say that they don't have no papers, Trust papers, They found his bank books, I know where my fathers banks are, I will investigate to find out who was taking his money, A family friend was banking for him, My brothers are accusing him but I don't know if I trust my own brothers, My aunt says they hired an attorney, So if they hired an attorney without my knowlege, They means that they are not telling me something on purpose, They either want the power of attorney so they can get the house my father lives in without letting me know anything, There are two other people living in the house, These two people my father was taking care of, The guy, 32yr.old, Is a herion addict, He od in the house, My father knew, but didn't do anything about, So these two people are living in the house, we have to get out, Police said I have to go to probate court, Since I have limited income, would it be senseless to fight my brothers if I think they are cashing in on trusts that my father have, They tell me it is spent, I don't know if these People at the house, This guy and girl, Have stolen this money
