Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

I went to school on this thing called challenge day and got drunk with my friends in the bathroom. I got an M.I.P. for consumption and have a court date for October 1st. Please tell me what to expect. I have never been in trouble with the law before and am a very good kid who works hard in school too. If I am very respectful and considerate is there a chance I will just get a fine and not get probation? In the unfortunate incident I get on probation, I understand a probation officer can come to you whenever and wherever and drug test you. That's no problem since this was a one time thing and I can easily complete this, but I don't want someone following me around all the time. Plus I heard they can search any of your stuff? How is this possible when it breaks the FEDERAL constitution? Please help me.

You need an attorney first of all. This could become a permanent conviction on your record if you play it wrong. Your attitude is also not something the court will appreciate. If you don't want the break of probation, the judge will happily send you to jail instead.
