Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

If a set of parents has three children, and they have a power of atorney, how can a grandchild fight back if they are trying to have them put in a home because of Alzheimers? Is there any legal recourse? The grand children are really concerned but all legal power seems to be on the greedy folks side. Please I hope you can help with some type of legal recourse to contest what they are trying to do. I anxiously await a reply.

Thanks!

Great question. Any relative can approach the court to have a guardianship and/or conservatorship case started which will protect your grandparents with court interaction. Visit kliszlaw.com to discuss further. Tim Klisz
