Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My sister died recently & I am her only surviving relative. She leaves only a manufactured home and an 11 year old car. She has a will naming me as sole heir to everything she has. So, what do I do now to put the title of the home & car in my name?

She has a $12,000 credit card debt that she wasn't able to pay on. As best as we can figure out, it has gone to a collection agency. Am I responsible for that?

You will need to pay her funeral bill and can likely transfer titles at the Secretary of State. Unless she owned the land it was on. That would likely require probate. Contact me to discuss.
