squatter's rights

An 89 yr. old women lives in her home with her son. She has three daughters who live in other states. Her home is willed in equal parts to the four children. When she dies, the daughters want to sell the home and divide the proceeds of the sale amongst the four survivors.

The son may not want to move from the home. Can he

claim squatters rights. He has lived with his mother

at least 15 yrs.
