Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

in the state of michigan, Can I just go to register and fill out the form I need to get the title in my name with out a lawyer? Iam the personal representive/ exuator for my sister after she passed and every thing was also left to me. She had disinherited her 3 sons.

If you are talking about a title to an automobile, yes, go to the Secretary of State. If you mean Deed to a piece of real property, that flows through your letters of authority issued by probate court. Yes, you can proceed in probate court without an attorney. I wouldn't recommend it but yes you can and there should be information provided to you from the probate court as to what your duties and responsibilities are as personal representative.
