right of survivorship

Could you please explain what a joint acct.with right of survivorship is,and what does it mean when it states 'not as tenants in common'. Owner passed away, with a pour over will and a trust. these accounts are not listed in the trust. what happens to the accounts when there are 2 surviving joint owners? Thank You

Very simple - survivors take all. Jt with a, b and c. A dies b and c own. B dies C owns. As tenants in common, the interest of a, b and c are independent to each one and when each one passes their interest passes thru probate according to their will or family per intestate laws.
