Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
Trust
A friend left me a subtancial amount of money in a trust, however I was told we had to wait for IRS to clear which it did in Nov. 2006 now I am told they will have to do a partial distribution until property is sold? does this sound right to you? I have emailed the attorneys but no reponds.
