Do heirs have the right to leave their portion of a revocable trust in the trust after the death of the person owning the trust?

Generally, a beneficiary can disclaim his or her share, and it will pass pursuant to the trust. The person disclaiming will be considered to have predeceased for distribution purposes.
If you are asking do you have to collect a distribution, that depends on what the trust says.
