Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
Trusts
Hi,
Can a revocable/irrevocable Living Trust be contested in any way, like a Will can be contested?
Thank you very, very much!

Re: Trusts
Dear Marilyn,
A trust, like a will maybe be contested in court. Success in trying to break a Trust will depend on numerous factors based upon each situations individual circumstances. Please feel free to contact us if you wish to get more information or schedule a free consultation to review your situation. Good Luck.

Yes it can. It is no different from a will in that respect. There can be undue influence and incapacity arguments for a trust as well. If you are in SE Michigan, contact me at www.kliszlaw.com to discuss in greater detail. Tim Klisz
