do trusts have a statute of limitations after settlor is deceased and can a personal representative be replaced at anytime?

Lawsuits have a statute of limitations, trusts are an estate planning device. I think you might mean timing to challenge a trust. Yes, a personal rep can be replaced at any time by the judge upon petition to remove, replace them. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss. Tim Klisz
