my mom and dad had a revocable trust. my mom passed away and my dad wants to remove a person from the trust. is there a form he needs to fill out and file with someone or does he have to pay a lawyer to rewrite the trust

As long as the trust does not become irrevocable upon the passing of your mother and your father is mentally competent, a lawyer may draft an amendment to the trust to accomplish your Dad's goals.
