Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
I just turned 18 and I have an appointed conservator from a law suit. The lawyer is trying to charge more money without being approved by the judge and want me to sign a waiver and the lawyer said she would just mail me the check. Is there a motion I can file to have the judge make this layer just turn over my money this lady already charged me like $7500 and she only had the case 5 years and it was only $20000 to begin with. Somebody help?

Get your own lawyer and object in front if the judge. Sounds fishy.
