Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

my uncle passed away he verbally said I would get his car 2 other people are involved in will personal representative said had to sell car as it was part of estate I would like to purchase do I have right to buy first since I'm one of heirs or does this have to go to auction I live in Michigan and have car which personal rep. gave me to keep until will was found. Who has right to buy someone in will and public auction by personal rep.

Normally a judge will allow a family member to purchase items from an estate, but it must be fair market value. You might need to petition the court to make this happen.
