Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
im in my uncle will an I am suppose to receive all money but he did not put a beneficiary down an now his wife whom has not seen him in 25 plus yrs wants it. Though in his wishes in his will it stated clearly I inherit the money... Who will get it?
