Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My ex wife died February 11th, 2018, as part of our divorce she was to receive part of my truck driving / teamsters retirement. Now that she has passed away how do I have those funds / allotment repatriated back to my full use as it would provide an additional 1400.00 a month for my living expenses this would help greatly as I am 72.

I would suggest faxing/emailing/mailing a copy of your divorce decree and her death certificate to your pension company. If you cannot access her death certificate, you could get started with a copy of her public obituary.
