Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
My wife and I need Wills. Problem is we have no family, no one to name administrator of the will, no one to execute the will, no one to sell our remaining property and distribute the funds. We also are not sure of who to leave our funds to. What to do?

You may name a friend, accountant, attorney, financial adviser, priest, rabbi, minister, or other person you trust to be the personal representative of your will. They do not have to be located in Michigan, but it may make it easier if they are. I currently have a client located in Illinois that is administering his mother's trust which has property located here as she lived here in Michigan when she passed away. Please call me to discuss your situation in further detail. 586-580-8850
