my wife's mother purchased a home with monies she had from a sale of property in her own name, but added her new husband's name on that property. she has passed sto his siblings.ome several years, now he has died. does she have any legal recourse or does property go

I'm a little confused by your wording, but if you are saying she bought a home and added her husband's name, then she died, then he died.
