No will left

mY FATHER AND MOTHER OWN A HOME TOGETHER. mY MOM DIED AND MY DAD REMARRY. MY DAD DIED AND THEN MY STEPMOM DIED. THERE WAS NO WILL. MY STEPMOMS FAMILY IS IN PROBATE COURT AND THE ESTATE IS GOING TO THEM AND I AM TOLD THAT I HAVE NO RIGHTS TO THE ESTATE.
