A Will say, all tangibles and intangibles things must be shared among surving children. Would that include what is in a bank account the primary bank account of the deceased. Or will the second person on the account have the right to take it all.

It depends on the will. Some have a clause that says bank accounts are estate assets. If not, the co-owner would have the best claim to the account funds. Kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz

Joint owner on the bank account takes the account. There may be an argument that the joint owner was added "for convenience" (for example, to help pay bills, etc.). You should discuss the matter with an experienced probate attorney.
